Best Kastov 74u Loadout in Warzone 2.0 – Attachments and Tuning
The Kastov 74u was regarded as the strongest Assault Rifle in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2022) for a while after the game was released, and its power is still recognizable in the late stages of Season 1 Reloaded.
Although the 74u isn’t the number one weapon in Warzone 2, it is definitely a great choice if you’re getting bored of picking up a Fennec and an RPK every game.

Starting with 5.45 High Velocity Ammo you can get more range on the Kastov 74u, which is important to make up for due to its lower range than most Assault Rifles. The tuning on the HV ammo also allows you to promote important stats that your build requires.
A 45 round magazine is self explanatory for Warzone as players have up to three plates of armor on them, so you’re going to need significantly more bullets than in Multiplayer to down and completely finish a player.
The Phase-3 Grip is a great attachment as its recoil pattern is easy to control, and it provides strong Aiming Stability and Recoil Stabilization. Alongside this you can tune in favor of ADS speed which is important for this build, since the BR209 Barrel is the only attachment providing a direct increase in it.
The BR209 Barrel is an essential attachment on the 74u which you’ll find on most builds. The increased Sprint Speed and ADS speed makes the gun extremely agile, and the reduced Recoil Control and Bullet Velocity can be accounted for in other attachments. Note that the tuning against ADS speed on this attachment will result in a noticeably longer ADS time.
The Harbinger D20 is just a better version of the Echoless-80 suppressor, with all the things you need on an Assault Rifle for Warzone like Sound Suppression, Damage Range, and Bullet Velocity. This is definitely the best muzzle attachment for the 74u in Warzone 2.
